Partnership between "Dubai International Arbitration" and"Opus 2" To enhance the dispute resolution experience
DUBAI, 22nd JANUARY / WAM / The Dubai International Arbitration Center and Opus 2, a legal software and hearing services company, announced a strategic partnership aimed at providing innovative arbitration solutions and advanced hearing technologies to meet the needs of users of the dispute avoidance and settlement services provided by the Centre.
The Dubai International Arbitration Center and Opus 2 will collaborate to improve and automate the Centre’s internal operations, in addition to enhancing access to justice by providing effective and intelligent solutions to parties, legal practitioners, and arbitrators.
Within the framework of this partnership, an advanced digital platform will be launched aimed at improving and unifying systems. The platform will allow more efficient connectivity for all participants and provide key functions such as submitting documents, making payments online, registering cases and submitting documents.
This partnership will provide the center’s users with access to a full range of advanced hearing technologies and services, and through a new dynamic service request portal, parties and legal practitioners will be able to communicate with “Opus 2” to book virtual hearings, and share electronic files while ensuring instant copying and viewing of evidence. Electronically and otherwise, which ensures smooth and organized procedures in accordance with the center’s rules.
