Surface winds: northwesterly to northerly in the northern and central parts at a speed of 10-25 km/hour, turning southeasterly to easterly in the northern part in the afternoon. At a speed of 15-30 km/h and southeasterly to southerly on the southern part, at a speed of 15-35 km/h, reaching 50 km/h towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.

Wave height: from half a meter to a meter on the northern and central part, and from half a meter to a meter and a half on the southern part, reaching above two meters towards the Bab al-Mandab Strait.

Sea condition: Light to medium waves, reaching wavy towards the Bab Strait. Al-Mandab.

Surface winds: southeasterly to easterly at a speed of 15-35 km/hour.
Wave height: from half a meter to one and a half metres.
Sea state: light to medium waves.
