The Omani Al Attaa Band draws attention during the opening of the Cairo International Book Fair

The “Al-Ataa” band drew The attention of the audience during the opening of the 56th Cairo International Book Fair, which will be held under the patronage of President Abdel Fattah El-Sisi, President of the Republic, from January 23 to February 5, at the Egypt International Exhibition and Conference Center.
< p>The band presented many Omani folk dances in a delightful way, and was keen to convey an image of Omani art and Omani culture through the most famous Omani dances and songs, within the framework of the Sultanate of Oman’s choice. Guest of honor at the Cairo International Book Fair in its 56th session.
The 56th session of the book fair, which continues until next February 5, will be held under the slogan “Read… In the beginning there was The word " With the participation of 80 Arab and foreign countries, 1,350 publishing houses and 6,000 exhibitors, the Sultanate of Oman is the guest of honor this year, and the name of the Egyptian scientist Ahmed Mustajir was chosen as the character of the exhibition, and the writer Fatima Al-Madul was chosen as the character of the children’s exhibition.
The exhibition includes a hall of discounted books at prices available to everyone, which is not limited only to publications by the Ministry of Culture, but also to publications by publishing houses.
The exhibition will be held this year on an area that is the largest since the exhibition was moved to its new headquarters at the Egypt International Exhibition and Convention Center in the Fifth Settlement, which confirms the strength and stature of the exhibition globally.
