A federal judge today temporarily prevented the implementation of the executive order issued by President Donald Trump, which ends the constitutional guarantee of citizenship with birth, regardless of the migration situation for parents.
Judge John Co Cogeneor issued a ruling in the case filed by the states of Washington, Arizona, Ilinoi and Oregon, which says that the fourteenth amendment and the law of the Supreme Court’s judicial law has attributed the right to citizenship of childbirth.

This case is one of five lawsuits filed by 22 states and a number of immigrant rights groups throughout the country.
