The launch witnessed the organization of offers from the Sharjah Marine Sports Club, after which the head of the Ruler’s Office gave the signal signal to mark the start of the race.

The total race distance is distributed in 5 stages, and includes a local circumambulation for youth and a special race for the disabled, along with the professionals, where the race continues until next Tuesday, January 28, with the participation of 174 bikes from 23 countries, including the United Arab Emirates, representing 29 teams and teams, from each of : The Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, the Kingdom of Bahrain, Iraq, the Sultanate of Oman, France, Spain, Italy, Belgium, the Netherlands, Greece, Turkey, Portugal, Thailand, China, Japan, Malaysia, the Philippines, the Arab Republic of Egypt, Algeria, Morocco, Maurice, Rwanda, .

And continues during the coming days, the stages of the great international event, where the second stage “the central region” will be held on Saturday morning, January 25, for a distance of 127 km, and it begins in front of the wheat farm in Maliha and ends at the University “Against the watch” for the “H” and special bicycles “C.”, and the youth category will start on Sunday, January 26 for a distance of 11.16 km alongside the professional race, and it begins and ends in front of the American University of Sharjah in the university city.

The fourth stage, the “Eastern Province”, will start on Monday, January 27, for a distance of 132.32 km, and starts in front of the Hafiya Lake in Kalba and ends at the clouds break in Khor Fakkan, while the fifth and final stage begins with the last and future on Tuesday, January 28 for a distance of 121.87 km, It starts from the heritage village in Hamriyah and ends in the Al -Jaidah area of ​​Sharjah.

The great global event, which represents a distinguished and tourist demonstration in the emirate, is witnessing the establishment of many accompanying activities at the beginning and end of each stage and competitions and the presentation of prizes for the masses.
