Our national team performs its last training in Jebel Ali before traveling to Tehran
Dubai, March 18/ WAM/ Our first national football team will leave for Tehran to face Iran’s national team tomorrow, Thursday, at Azadi Stadium in the Asian qualifiers for the 2026 World Cup for the first group.
The team’s list includes 27 players: Khaled Issa, Hamad Al -Muqbali, Khaled Tawhid, Ali Khasif, Muhammad Al -Attas, Lucas Bimanta, Kwami Kwaido, Khalifa Al Hammadi, Alauddin Zuhair, Zayed Sultan, Khaled Al -Dhanhani, Marcus Meloni, Abdullah Idris, Yahya Nader, Makinzi Hunt, Abdullah Ramadan, Yahya Al -Ghassani, Haret Abdullah, Fabio de Lima, Gonatas Santos, Douan Berara, Bruno Oliveira, Kayo Lucas, Sultan Adel and Kayo Kaneido.
Today, our team concluded its gathering in the Jabal Ali area in the middle of an atmosphere full of optimism and positivity and with the continuous follow -up of His Excellency Sheikh Hamdan bin Mubarak Al Nahyan, President of the Emirates Football Association, who was keen to be present in the training sessions and the meeting of members of the technical and administrative staff and the players and urged them to provide everything they have to come out with a positive result that enhances our team’s chances in the group.
