To support the rebels … the Democratic Congo calls for its diplomats in Rwanda
Kinshasa announced on Saturday evening the summons of its diplomats in Kigali after the escalation of the battles in the eastern Democratic Republic of the Congolese between the Congolese army and the M22 rebels supported by Rwanda and its army.
In a message sent by the Congolese Ministry of Foreign Affairs to the Embassy of Rwanda in Kinshasa, and distributed by the Congolese Presidency to the press, the Foreign Ministry confirmed “calling diplomats at the Embassy of the Democratic Republic of the Congo in Kigali with an immediate impact.”
