Inauguration of the “School Characteristics” project in Tabuk

Today, the Tabuk Region Education Department inaugurated the “School Characteristics Project”, in cooperation with the branch of the Saudi Red Crescent Authority in the region, to prepare trainers from school health affairs for training on the life ambassador program and lasts for five days with the aim of localizing and sustaining training.

The project aims to train 17,000 of all educational and administrative cadres in the region’s schools, on the basic skills of first aid, which contributes to enhancing readiness to deal with emergency situations in schools, and enhance the prevention of health risks to reach a vital society.

Tabuk Education Director Majid Al -Qair stressed the importance of the project and the promotion of school safety, by qualifying educational cadres to confront emergency situations in a manner that guarantees a safe and perfect educational environment according to the highest standards of care and readiness.
