8 international awards enhance its position "Dubai Culture" In innovation and excellence

DUBAI, 26 JANUARY / WAM / The Dubai Culture and Arts Authority (Dubai Culture) has strengthened its record of distinguished achievements by winning 8 awards in the “Stevie Awards Middle East and North Africa 2025”, which is considered one of the most prominent awards globally in the field of innovation and institutional excellence.
Hala Badri, Director General of Dubai Culture, won the Gold Award in the “Most Innovative Woman of the Year” category in recognition of her significant contributions to developing innovative initiatives that support the cultural and artistic sector and work to empower women.
She also received the Silver Award in the “Thought Leader of the Year” category in recognition of her outstanding efforts in leading strategic projects that enhance the cultural and creative industries in Dubai.
In the same context, Shaima Rashid Al Suwaidi, Director of Corporate Communications and Marketing at Dubai Culture, was honored with the Gold Award in the “Most Creative in the Field of Innovative Marketing or Advertising” category, in recognition of her outstanding efforts in this field.
The “Ramadan Heroes” initiative also received the gold award in the “Innovative Achievements in Social Responsibility” category, in recognition of its innovative role in humanitarian work.
In addition, the “Dubai Creativity” page won a gold award as the best innovative Instagram page, while the “Sikka Platform” page won a bronze award in the same category.
The Authority won two gold awards in the categories of “Innovation in Human Resources Management, Planning, and Practices” and “Innovation for the Human Resources Department or Team” within the government sector.
