The National Water Company launched a home connections installment program for all its customers, to facilitate the payment of the financial fees for water and sewage connections.
The company wrote on its official website: If you are building your home now, we would like to participate in building it by providing flexible payment options that will help you install your home connections and housing directly.
She added: If you live in your home and want to add one or both connections, and dispense with water and sewage tank services, we would be happy to have you participate as well, with payment options tailored to your needs.
She continued: Today, with the obligation to connect all homes to the sewage network, according to the guide for providing water and sanitation services, to preserve the environment and improve the quality of life, the installment program provided by the company constitutes a quick solution for you to request the service and access it with ease.

The company added on its website: The more we expand in connecting homes to water and sewage networks, the more we will contribute together to reducing the movement of tankers within neighborhoods that do not need them, and the resulting traffic congestion, and we will preserve the road infrastructure and the urban landscape of our cities.

Installment options

You can choose between installments through the National Water Company or installments through your credit card affiliated with Al Rajhi Bank, Al Jazira Bank, Riyad Bank, Alawwal Bank, the Saudi Investment Bank, or Emirates NBD.

How to benefit from the installment program

Apply for your connection through the National Water application, and when you reach the payment stage, you will receive a text message informing you of the issuance of the bill and its amount.
Through the connection tracking page in the application, choose installment plans, and you can choose between an installment plan through the National Water Company or through one of the partner banks.

The amount subject to installment

The amount subject to installment through the National Water Company must be a minimum of 4,100 riyals. ​
There is a down payment for installments through the National Water Company starting from 3,500 riyals, while installments through banks do not require this.

– Installment amount and duration

The installment amount through the National Water Company starts from 200 riyals, and there is no specific period required, as upon the end of the installments the installment period ends.

While the installment amount and the duration of installments through banks are subject to the installment agreement plan with the bank, which will appear to you in detail if you choose installments through banks.
There are no interest or administrative fees for installments through the National Water Company. Administrative fees and interest may be added for installments through banks based on the terms of the installment agreement with the bank.​
