المملكة: The development of the entrance to the Mashla Center .. and 80% of the rehabilitation rate of Granada in Al -Rafiah

Al -Rafia Municipality has completed the maintenance and development of the entrance to the Mashla Center, which aims to improve the infrastructure and equip the entrance with modern methods that reflect the aesthetic character of the region, taking into account the provision of green spaces and pedestrian corridors to enhance the safety of passers -by.

The most important maintenance work

For his part, the mayor of Al -Rafiaa Saud Al -Duwaish explained that the works included the maintenance of sidewalks with a length of 1000 meters, the increase of green surfaces to 4000 square meters, in addition to creating pedestrians with an area of ​​3000 square meters, and the installation of 45 decorative lighting columns to enhance aesthetic lighting at the entrance.

Development of Granada Park

He added that the municipality is working on the rehabilitation and development of Granada Park in Al -Rafiah to be a distinctive entertainment destination that meets the aspirations of the population, as the completion rate in the project reached about 80%, and the development work includes increasing green surfaces to reach 160 square meters, and establishing pedestrians with an area of ​​2700 square meters, in addition to installation 11 decorative lighting columns to enhance aesthetic lighting in the garden.

Supporting investment activities

Within the framework of supporting investment activities, Al -Duwaish said that work is underway to create an investment commercial complex on an area of ​​800 square meters, to be a qualitative addition to the region and in support of the economic movement.
Al -Duwaish pointed out that these projects aim to achieve sustainable development and improve the urban scene and enhance the satisfaction of citizens and residents, which are among a series of development projects that the Al -Rafia municipality is working on, with the aim of improving infrastructure and public services in the region, as part of its plans to enhance the quality of life and develop vital facilities.
