Sultan Al Qasimi issues a law on the human resources of the military in the regular bodies of Sharjah

Sharjah, January 30 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, issued a law amending Law No. (2) of 2021 AD regarding the human resources of the military in the regular bodies in the Emirate of Sharjah.
The law amended the text of Article No. (22) of Law No. (2) of 2021 AD to become:
1. The statutory bodies are formed in the regular bodies for promotion and retirement by a decision of the president, to include in their membership members with appropriate experience and qualifications, and specialize in meeting the affiliates who are nominated for promotion or referral to retirement and ensure that they fulfill the requirements established in this law and regulations, and submit the necessary recommendations regarding them to the competent authority .
2. A statements are submitted to the ruler to adopt the officers ’promotions or refer them to retirement in all regular bodies from the rank of submitted or higher in specific periods of time in the regulations and coinciding with the legal department of the Sharjah government.
3. The promotions or referral statements are adopted to retirement for the officers from the rank of pioneering or less, describing the officers and individuals by the regular bodies.
The text of Article No. (35) of Law No. (2) for the year 2021 AD was replaced to be:
1. Under this law, a police council is established, which is concerned with looking at the referred violations of it that may be committed from any affiliate, and the signature of the appropriate penalty according to the integrated system of job discipline and the behavior of work specified in the regulations.
2. The Police Judicial Council shall be formed and the term of membership is determined by a decision of the Executive Council, provided that it includes in its membership representatives of the regular bodies.
3. The regulations define the mechanism of the police council’s police council and how to complain about its decisions.
4. The Police Judicial Council’s decision shall be issued, including the reasons that were built on it and are not considered final until after the approval of the head of the regular body to which the violator is affiliated.
