Fujairah Pavilion at the Cairo International Book Fair reviews the most prominent cultural events

Fujairah, February 30/ WAM/ The Fujairah Pavilion was organized during his participation, in the activities of the 56th session of the Cairo International Book Fair, a number of dialogue sessions, poetry evenings, literary and cultural seminars and artistic workshops that brought together intellectuals, writers and writers on one platform, reviewing the cultural efforts led by the Emirate Fujairah to advance the manufacture of the Emirati and Arab book and the international activities and partnerships that reflect the spirit of the local creative movement.

An agreement was signed between the Fujairah Culture and Media Authority and the National Media Authority in the Arab Republic of Egypt during the exhibition days to support media cooperation frameworks between the two sides.

The signing of the agreement was signed by His Excellency Nasser Mohamed Al -Yamahi, Executive Director of the Fujairah Culture and Information Authority, and Professor Naela Farouk, head of the television sector at the National Media Authority in the Arab Republic of Egypt, and the two sides are looking forward through the agreement to consolidate the means of media cooperation between the signed parties in the field of news, cultural, artistic and content The media, to serve their common goals in accordance with the applicable regulations and legislations.

Al -Yamahi said that the signing of the agreements comes within the framework of the keenness of the Fujairah Culture and Information Authority to enhance the partnerships of international cooperation with the major international media institutions to present a meaningful media model that serves the process of sustainable development, and is based on cooperation and partnership to serve the common media message in the two countries, stressing the need to develop and improve Media work in the emirate, keeping pace with the modern renaissance of social media and digital media in particular. ‎

The Fujairah Government’s pavilion in the exhibition also visited His Excellency Muhammad Al -Yamahi, President of the Arab Parliament, and reviewed the programs, events and workshops accompanying the wing, and praised the efforts of the participants in the advancement of the media work system and the development of cultural and creative content.

The pavilion also hosted the Emirati writer and heritage researcher Abdullah Al -Kindy in a literary symposium presented on the history of the Emirate of Fujairah, organized by the Fujairah Culture and Information Authority.
