Estonia Ambassador: We seek to enhance cooperation with the UAE in digital health care

Dubai, January 30 / WAM / His Excellency Maria Pilefas affirmed the ambassador of the Republic of Estonia to the country, Estonia was keen to enhance its cooperation with the UAE, especially in the field of digital health, through establishing strategic partnerships with Emirati health institutions to implement its innovative digital solutions.
His Excellency Pelolfas added in an interview with the Emirates News Agency “WAM” on the sidelines of the Arab Health Exhibition and Conference currently held at the Dubai World Trade Center, her country is seeking to enhance investments between the public and private sectors to expand the scope of the use of digital health technologies in addition to the launch of experimental projects to test the effectiveness of these solutions within UAE health care environment is due to enhancing cooperation with the Gulf countries by displaying its latest innovations in the field of digital health care, as the exhibition provides an opportunity to review their advanced solutions such as electronic health records, digital recipes and remote medicine.
His Excellency Pelolfas added that the exhibition is a valuable opportunity to build strategic partnerships with the United Arab Emirates to support digital transformation in the health care sector, noting that Estonia depends on predictive analyzes and artificial intelligence techniques to improve diagnosis and treatment in addition to using blockchain techniques to ensure the protection of patients’ data, which enhances its position As a chapter in the field of health cybersecurity, this experience is an inspiring model that can contribute to pushing the digital innovation in the global health care sector.
