Environmental cultural cooperation to organize a forum "Green Summit" In Abu Dhabi

This initiative comes within the framework of the efforts of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khaled Al Nahyan Cultural Institutions to promote environmental awareness and support sustainable development goals through the development of various awareness programs, including environmental education, afforestation, recycling, and organizing environmental competitions such as “environmentally distinguished house competition”, and ” The electronic waste making competition “, in addition to providing advanced environmental curricula for students, aimed at enhancing a culture of sustainability and supporting the educational process.

The forum is one of the most leading events in the field of sustainability in Europe, as the event attracts a group of sustainability leaders, businessmen and experts in the field of the environment, and provides the opportunity to communicate between 150 dignitaries and those interested in the environment, and includes discussion sessions and a specialized show area.

The forum is witnessing the launch of the “Award for the Future Generations”, which will be awarded to the best sustainable school project, with the aim of encouraging young people to adopt innovative environmental practices that contribute to achieving a sustainable future.

According to the Memorandum of Understanding, signed by Maryam Hamad Al Shamsi, Secretary -General of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan Cultural Institutions, Sheikha Dr. Shamma Bint Mohammed bin Khaled Al Nahyan, a guest of honor at the Forum of “Green Summit Festival”, which will be held in the Austrian capital “Vienna” in the third From next September, he also received a lecture at an Austrian university, in addition to her participation in high -level meetings with Austrian officials.
