An Iraqi government delegation to know the innovative work models of the UAE government

Dubai, April 29/ WAM/ A government delegation from the Presidency Office in the Republic of Iraq briefed on the best experiences and work models developed by the UAE government, during an official visit to the state, as part of the initiatives of the government knowledge exchange office in the Ministry of Cabinet Affairs aimed at enhancing cooperation with the governments of sister countries, and within the framework of the strategic partnership between the governments of the two countries in the areas of work and government modernization.
The delegation’s visit aimed to identify best practices, innovative solutions, projects and programs developed by the UAE government in various fields of work, especially government policies, legislation, preparation of government leaders, anticipating the future of flexible governments, upgrading government services, monitoring performance and stimulating excellence, enabling governments with artificial intelligence, advanced technology and strategic projects.
The delegation of the government of the Republic of Iraq included His Excellency Dr. Hamid Naim Khudair, Secretary -General of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency Dr. Nofal Hilal, Chairman of the Media and Communications Authority, His Excellency Izzat Saber, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Oil, His Excellency Star Jabbar, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Commerce, His Excellency Hani Moussa, Undersecretary of the Ministry of Health, and a number of officials in the government of the Republic of Iraq.
The visiting delegation held a series of meetings with officials in the UAE government, during which His Excellency Maryam Al Hammadi, Minister of State of the Council of Ministers, His Excellency Abdullah Al -Basti, Secretary -General of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Dubai, His Excellency Abdullah Nasser Lootah, Assistant Minister of Cabinet Affairs for Competitiveness and Knowledge Exchange, and His Excellency Eng. Mohammed bin Tala’i, head of the government services of the UAE government, and His Excellency Hanan Al Ahly, Director of the Federal Center for Competitiveness and Statistics, And His Excellency Hala Badri, Director General of the Culture and Arts Authority in Dubai, His Excellency Hamad Al -Mansouri, Director General of Dubai Digital, His Excellency Khalfan Baloul, CEO of the Dubai Future Foundation, Dr. Walid Al Ali, Secretary General of the Digital School is one of the initiatives of Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum International, and a number of government leaders.
The visit witnessed several dialogue sessions, meetings with government officials and Emirati experts, and knowledge tours of a number of government agencies that included the Dubai Digital Foundation and the visit of the Future Museum and the Union Museum, while the delegation attended as part of the activities of the Dubai AI.
His Excellency Abdullah Nasser Lootah emphasized that the UAE government adopts the expansion of the horizons of cooperation to enable governments around the world, and that partnership with the government of Iraq in modernization and government development reflects the strong relations that bring together the two brotherly countries.
Abdullah Lootah said that the government cognitive exchange office is working in cooperation with government agencies and leading institutions, to enrich knowledge and transfer the pioneering Emirates model in government work, and share experiences, experiences and success stories, to enhance governments benefiting from experiences that improved efficiency and performance and strengthened readiness for the future, and created a positive impact in societies.
The visit witnessed meetings during which the expansion of partnerships was discussed in exchanging knowledge and sharing experiences in areas of common concern, while the delegation conducted a number of knowledge visits to governmental and private bodies in the UAE to learn about its experiences and the most prominent innovative models that it applies in its work, including “DID”, and met a group of Emirati experts specialized in various areas of government work.
