"Abu Dhabi Book" Cultural events for Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities
Abu Dhabi, April 29 / WAM / Mohammed bin Zayed University of Humanities participates in the thirty -fourth session of the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, with a set of cultural, literary, scientific events, lectures and cultural and dialogue seminars, which are organized throughout the exhibition days.
It also displays a wide list of publications, including 28 issues of books, references and research, which are the outcome of their efforts in the field of scientific studies, conferences and academic messages issued by the university.
During the exhibition, the university organizes lectures and seminars that deal with various intellectual and cultural topics, highlighting contemporary issues related to awareness, knowledge, religion, education, literature, heritage and innovation, as well as the values of coexistence, tolerance and national identity.
This program comes within the university’s efforts to enhance cultural dialogue and intellectual openness, by presenting a set of activities and targeted scientific and cultural activities, and the program also includes the signing of a number of new publications, most notably the Encyclopedia of World Religions, the aesthetic of rhetorical creativity, and an introduction in the history of religions.
His Excellency Dr. Khalifa Mubarak Al Dhaheri, Director of Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities, affirmed the keenness to participate in this session from the Abu Dhabi International Book Fair, which is considered one of the most important cultural events in Abu Dhabi.
He pointed to the university’s keenness to participate in such events as a source of cultural and literary thought, and an important station in the scientific and academic state march.
His Excellency explained that Mohammed bin Zayed University for Humanities, through its participation in this cultural demonstration, aims to present its scientific messages, academic publications and the results of its studies and scientific research in various fields of humanities, along with an excessive knowledge outcome of the stock of conferences recently organized by the university to highlight the literary and scientific output of the university, indicating that a group of university professors will present their thoughts and knowledge Scientific, literary and philosophical through their participation in seminars and lectures accompanying the exhibition through the university platform.
