Diab bin Mohammed bin Zayed chairs the International Humanitarian Council meeting

This came during his presidency of the International Humanitarian Council meeting, which discussed a number of humanitarian initiatives and development projects related to the Council, the institutional priorities of the Emirates International Aid Agency, and the strategic plan for the Emirates Youth Council for Humanitarian Action.
His Highness also affirmed the keenness of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Vice President of the State, Deputy Prime Minister and head of the Presidential Bureau, towards the importance of integrating the work and programs of the relevant authorities in the state on the one hand, and international organizations and global relief institutions on the other hand, to ensure the achievement of the best results and the largest Impact on the needy societies, praising His Highness also with the continuous follow -up of His Highness Sheikh Abdullah bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs, to enhance joint cooperation between different parties and to unify efforts and direct them towards the most important human priorities, which enhances the effectiveness of humanitarian and development initiatives and programs and ensures their sustainability .
His Highness Sheikh Dhiab bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan expressed his thanks and appreciation to the UAE donor entities from humanitarian institutions and all charities, for the many humanitarian, charitable and developmental work and programs inside the country and outside the country during the year 2024, noting His Highness the importance of continuing these efforts and concerted to implement projects New humanitarian and charitable initiatives this year, especially in the most vulnerable areas facing several challenges and suffer from a severe shortage of basic life services.

The meeting discussed a set of strategic topics and operational plans related to the Emirates Agency for International Aid, to implement the external aid package, projects and development initiatives, early recovery programs and re -stability in the light of the general policy of international humanitarian affairs, in addition to discussing the strategy of the Emirates Youth Council for Humanitarian Work, and to discuss the institutional business developments of the Council of Affairs International humanity.
