The Emirates Airlines for Literature highlights promising local talents

Dubai, January 31 / WAM / The Emirates Airlines Festival reflects the 17th session, which is currently hosted by Vestival City in the momentum witnessed by the literary scene in the Emirates thanks to the efforts of the Emirates Literature Foundation and the “Elf” publishing house.
Ahlam Bloki, CEO of the Emirates Foundation for Literature, confirmed the director of the festival, the administrative director of the “ELF” publishing in her statements today on the sidelines of the festival, the importance of supporting the talented Emirati writers and poets and introducing the world to their literary production.
Bloki added that the “Elf” house is interested in spreading Emirati literature in the international scene through its participation in prestigious book fairs such as Bologna in Italy and Seoul in South Korea and Frankfurt in Germany.
She pointed out that the 17th session of the festival presents a rich and varied program that includes activities directed at children and youth in addition to dialogue sessions with a global book.
