Abu Dhabi, February 2 / WAM / The number of beneficiaries of the educational activities and activities organized by the Federal Tax Authority increased during 2024 to 15,713 participants in the urban activities that included all the emirates of the state and through visual communication technology in exchange for 14,455 participants in 2023, an increase of 8.7%.
The Federal Tax Authority stated in a press statement today, that the year 2024 witnessed the creation of a large number of programs and awareness activities devoted to the definition of corporate tax and related topics, in light of the expansion of registrants and those involved in corporate tax, by intensifying its efforts to meet the knowledge requirements of the business sectors, to support them And encouraging them to self -comply with the corporate tax law, which entered into force in 2023.
She pointed out that the number of awareness activities related to the companies’ tax implemented during the past year increased to 70 activities in exchange for 49 activities during the year 2023, an annual increase of 42.9%.
The authority confirmed the high percentage of satisfaction of the participants in the awareness activities of corporate tax to 96% during the past year, compared to a satisfaction rate of 94% in 2023.
