Boeing appoints Emirati Fahd Al Muhairi as Vice President for Middle East and North Africa Affairs

Boeing announced the appointment of Emirati Fahd Al Muhairi as the company’s Vice President for the Middle East and North Africa Gulf Region, effective in early January 2026. The appointment of Al Muhairi, who has a rich legacy of executive experience, as he previously served as General Manager of Raytheon Emirates, adds to Boeing an in-depth vision and strategic knowledge of the region’s requirements.
Al Muhairi will be based in Dubai to manage the region’s operations, succeeding Colgate Gatha-Ora, who moved to assume a new executive position in the company. Al Muhairi’s duties will focus on leading Boeing’s strategic initiatives and deepening its partnerships across the region in line with ambitious national visions for developing the aviation, space and defense sectors. Within the company’s organizational structure, Boeing’s operations in Saudi Arabia will continue to be managed separately under the leadership of Boeing Saudi Arabia President, Asaad Al-Jamoui.

Boeing has a solid base of operations in the Gulf, Middle East and North Africa region, with more than 700 employees and serving an extensive list that includes more than 30 partners in the commercial aviation sector and 12 regional armed forces. The company also imports vital structural materials and components from strategic local partners such as Strata and EBI in the UAE.
Fahd Al Muhairi is classified as one of the most prominent Emirati national talents, as he holds a bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering from Boston University. His career is distinguished by a proven track record of success in the energy, space and defense sectors. It is expected to contribute to advancing innovation and scientific research, achieving growth for Boeing with partners in the region and supporting significant investments in local infrastructure.
