Abdul Mohsen Al-Othman, Chairman of the Board of Directors of “Takween”, and Saleh Al-Afaleq as Deputy
The Board of Directors of Takween Advanced Industries Company decided to appoint Abdul Mohsen Al-Othman as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Saleh Al-Afaleq as Vice-Chairman of the Board.
According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The Board approved the formation of the committees emanating from the Board for the sixth session.
This decision comes in reference to the Ordinary General Assembly meeting held on Wednesday, December 17, 2025 AD, corresponding to 06/26/1447 AH, which included the election of members of the Board of Directors for the sixth session, which begins on January 21, 2026 AD and ends on January 20, 2030 AD.
The audit committee was formed, headed by Saleh Al-Afaliq, and the membership of Dr. Suleiman Al-Sakran and Walid Al-Othaimeen.
The Council approved the formation of the Nominations and Remuneration Committee headed by Hassan Qabbani, and the membership of: Saleh Al-Afaleq and Khaled Al-Muammar.
The formation of the Executive Committee was headed by Georges Abraham, and the membership of: Ammar Zahid and Majid Nofal.
