Ras Al -Khaimah, February 3 / WAM / The artists of “Design Galry” praised the great support that His Highness Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler And organizing the major artistic events, which contribute to enhancing its position as an incubator for creativity, arts and international talents.
He told the engineer of Tariq Ibrahim Al -Salman, founder of Design Galry, that the “Art of Ras Al Khaimah” festival, which is organized in the “Al -Jazeera Al -Hamra Heritage Village”, dating back to the 17th century, is a cultural platform that celebrates creators from different parts The tent is a regional and global destination for art and human creativity.
He expressed his thanks to the Sheikh Saud bin Saqr Al Qasimi Foundation for Public Policy Research, for providing the opportunity for the Design Galry family from participating in the 13th annual edition of the festival, the pioneering cultural artistic event in the region, which is organized under the slogan “Memory”, with the participation of more than 100 local and international artists from The countries of the world are showing more than a thousand five hundred of their distinguished artwork, in addition to showing more than a thousand films during the event activities that continue until February 28.
The Sheikh Saud Foundation for the Design Galler family has dedicated to the restored heritage house.
While the Heritage House is devoted to Restore No. 13 of Qudayb bin Jassim Al -Zaabi to present the works of 8 local artists in Ras Al -Khaimah, including citizens and residents, in addition to an artistic presentation of the American University students in Ras Al Khaimah.
