He pointed out that the law of entry and residence of foreigners gives the authority the authority to follow up on foreigners who enter the state under entry visas and do not leave them during the period authorized, and foreigners who end with the residence permits granted to them or temporary work permits and do not initiate their renewal or amend their conditions during the specified date, as well as taking Legal procedures and the signing of the fines prescribed for those who accommodate or operate the violator during his violation, indicating that the law grants the authority the authority to stop granting visas to the guarantor or the host to the foreigner in the event that it is proven that he is not committed to the provisions regulating the entry of foreigners.

Al -Shamsi pointed out that the law of entry and residence of foreigners granting the authority to implement inspection campaigns against violators, where the law has defined the categories of violators, foremost of which are those who employ foreigners without a permit, especially the recruits from a contract or guarantor of the foreigner in a way that violates the laws and regulations in force, as well as who does not They operate the state’s foreigners to work within a contractual relationship, and those associated with a work contract and those who work for others, and whoever commits any of the violations stipulated in the law and the decisions implemented to it.

He said that the law stipulated that it is punished with imprisonment and a fine of no less than 10 thousand dirhams, everyone who helped, participated or facilitated the foreign violation of the provisions of the law, and in the event that he operates the violator without being a guarantor of him, a fine of which is imposed with 50 thousand dirhams, and in If the violator is seized while he is working with a non -guarantor, a judicial ruling shall be issued against him in imprisonment and deportation, while depriving him of entering the state again.
