German Foreign Minister confirms that the Gaza Strip belongs to the Palestinians

German Foreign Minister Analina Birbuk confirmed today, Wednesday, that the Gaza Strip belongs to the Palestinians and that their displacement from it is unacceptable and includes a violation of international law. The step would lead to new suffering and more hatred, explaining that the solution should not be at the expense of the Palestinians.

US President Donald Trump announced the day before yesterday – during a press conference held with the Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu – his intention to control the Gaza Strip and displace the Palestinians into neighboring countries, and also explained that the United States will take control of the Strip.
