Abu Dhabi, February 6 / WAM / Sanad Group, the leading global company in the field of aviation engineering and financing solutions fully owned by Mubadala Investment Company, Mubadala, announced the acquisition of the ARSALE company that specializes in providing aviation products and services on a large package of cutting stocks Aircraft spare parts.

The deal includes high-order components of aircraft of the most prominent models including 737NG, Airbus A320, A330/340, Boeing 777, Ember E-CT, as well as the Rapid Motor Change Tools Group.

The inventory also includes an improved Airbus A330 flying equipment that includes the exact tracking feature of the components, allowing Arsale customers to reach continuous support that meets their needs.

This strategic acquisition is enhanced by Arsale’s ability to meet the increasing needs of its global customer base, and supports the Sanad group strategy to enhance industrial partnerships and improve the portfolio of its various components to achieve long -term growth. Arsale and Sanad’s collaboration reflects a common vision to take advantage of integrated experiences and expand their presence on a global scale.
