المملكة: The Shura President signs a memorandum of understanding to cooperate with the President of the Thai representatives
The President of the Shura Council, Sheikh Dr. Abdullah bin Muhammad bin Ibrahim Al Sheikh in the Thai capital, Bangkok, with the President of the National Assembly and Chairman of the House of Representatives in the Kingdom of Thailand and that Muhammad Normaha is a memorandum of understanding between the Shura Council and the National Assembly in the Kingdom of Thailand to cooperate in the parliamentary field.
This comes within the framework of the official visit of the Shura President at the head of a delegation from the Shura Council; At the invitation of the President of the National Assembly, the President of the House of Representatives.
Enhancing understanding and cooperation
The Memorandum of Understanding aims to enhance understanding, cooperation and continuous interaction between the two parties in the fields related to parliamentary affairs.
The Memorandum of Understanding includes: Working to activate the role of the Parliamentary Friendship Committee, and encourage the close interaction between its members to enhance aspects of cooperation in the parliamentary aspects and issues of common concern, and encourage the exchange of visits of parliamentary delegations.
The memorandum includes encouraging interaction and coordination between the delegations of the two parties in regional and international parliamentary forums in order to enhance the interests of their municipalities, exchange information and experiences in relation to parliamentary research and studies, and encourage cooperation in the parliamentary media field.

The signing of the Memorandum of Understanding was attended by the official delegation accompanying the Chairman of the Shura Council, members of the Council, Yazid bin Muhammad Al -Tuwaijri, and Dr. Asma bint Suleiman Al -Muwaisher, and Dr. Ali bin Ibrahim Al -Ghabban, and d. Najwa bint Abdul Karim Al -Ghamdi, and the ambassador of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Kingdom of Thailand Abdul Rahman bin Abdulaziz Al -Suhaibani.
It was also attended by the Thai side, First Deputy Speaker of Parliament Bishit Shuimagban, member of the Senate Chairman Thailand.
