The institutions of Sheikh Mohammed bin Khalid Cultural celebrate the owners of anxiety

Al Ain February 7/ WAM/ Sheikh Mohammed bin Khaled Al Nahyan’s cultural institutions organized an event under the slogan “sustainable will for a conscious society” in the context of its efforts to support and empower those with determination and enhance their integration into society, under the directives of the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Sheikha Dr. Shamma Bint Muhammad Bin Khalid Al Nahyan.
The event comes in the context of the commitment of institutions to support the owners of determination and integrate them positively in daily life, in line with the state’s strategy for the 2025 community that bears the slogan “hand in hand”, which aims to enhance the values of cooperation and communication between the various groups of society.
The event included interactive workshops to support the people of determination that included reading workshops within the “Smile” and “conscious childhood” initiatives to enhance reading skills, and other art to develop creativity and self -confidence, in addition to heritage workshops to introduce them to Emirati culture and enhance their societal integration.
Within the framework of enhancing environmental awareness, the “Flowers of Determination” workshop was organized in the Environmental Generations Club, during which the participants got acquainted with the importance of trees and plants in preserving the environment and improving the quality of life.
The workshop included the distribution of seedlings of flowers to the people of determination who planted them in “Green Shama Oasis”, which gave them a practical experience full of achievement and fun during their interaction with nature.
The “feather and artist” hall hosted innovative activities aimed at developing motor and creative skills, as well as a corner for drawing for artistic expression.
In the village of “the legacy of Zayed”, the owners of determination got acquainted with the national heritage and identity through the “coffee sink” activity that reviewed the Emirati customs and traditions, while the craft hall witnessed practical training on skills such as “wicker”, which strengthened their craft skills and their creative capabilities.
A team of the mobile library supervisors organized a visit to Al -Madar International School, during which he presented interactive activities attended by 150 children with the aim of enhancing awareness of the importance of reading and cultural interaction, which establishes the concept of interactive learning and enhances the participation of people with determination in various societal environments.
