The Literature, Publishing and Translation Authority is organizing the first edition of the Jazan Book Fair 2025 during the period from February 11 to 17, within the activities of the “Jazan winter 25” season, in the “Prince Sultan Civilization Center”, within the “Saudi Book Exhibition Exhibitions” initiative, one of the strategic initiatives of the authority Through which it works to expand the establishment of book exhibitions in the Kingdom, as cultural windows that combine the manufactures of literature, publishing and translation from local and international institutions and companies with readers and those interested.
The CEO of the Literature, Publishing and Translation Authority, Abdullatif Al -Wasel, explained that “the Jazan Book Fair 2025 comes within the authority’s efforts to enhance the cultural movement in the Kingdom and achieve the targets of the Kingdom’s 2030 vision, by spreading the values ​​of knowledge and creativity, and stimulating the local publishing industry, and we also seek to highlight the rich cultural heritage For Jizan.

Jazan Book Fair

The Jazan Book Fair 2025 is witnessing major participation of local, regional and Arab publishing houses, as it includes a diverse cultural program, and includes a special area for reduced books and a special area for the child that provides cultural programs for this age group in the fields of writing, authorship and theater, and the animation industry, in addition to interactive and cultural activities Various.
The exhibition also offers more than 250 varied activities, interspersed with many lectures, seminars and workshops, which are held by a number of specialists from inside and outside the Kingdom, distributed through the theater, the child’s area and the handicraft area.

Handicraft year

To celebrate the year of handicrafts, the Jazan Book Fair was equipped 2025 handicrafts; Establishing the status of handicrafts as an authentic cultural heritage, enhancing its practice, preservation, acquisition, documenting its stories, and presence in our contemporary life.
The Jazan Book Fair 2025 is the first exhibition that will be organized by the Literature, Publishing and Translation Authority this year, after a series of previous exhibitions that included the Medina exhibition in August, the Riyadh exhibition in October, and the Jeddah exhibition in December last year.
It is noteworthy that the Jazan Book Fair 2025 will open its doors to visitors daily from 11 am to 12 midnight, except for Friday from 2 pm to 12 midnight.
