المملكة: Al -Rafia Municipality .. Raise 220 tons of waste and rubble

Al -Rafia Municipality raised 2115 tons of household waste and 120 tons of rubble during the month of January 2025 AD, as part of its efforts in improving the urban scene, addressing visual distortion, promoting environmental sanitation, and preserving the aesthetic of the city.
The mayor of Al -Rafiaa Saud Al -Duwaish indicated that household waste is the largest in size, as it is transferred daily to healthy landfills, while the rubble is recycled part of it in infrastructure projects, pointing out that these efforts are part of a strategic plan that includes updating the mechanisms for collecting Waste and rubble.

Community partnership

Al -Duwaish said that the municipality enhances the community partnership by launching awareness campaigns and community initiatives to collect waste and help the individual awareness of the importance of hygiene, with the increasing consumer rate of the population and in view of the importance of society in the success of the municipal efforts.

Pointing out that hygiene is not just a slogan, but rather a culture that is built in the hands of everyone, urging everyone not to throw waste and rubble randomly and put it in the places designated for it, and cooperating with the municipality to report all violations through the 940 communications center to address them.
