“The Little Knight” aims to introduce students to the rest of the human brotherhood

The Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence launched the “Little Knight” program, which targeted school students in the emirates of the state, to introduce them to the values ​​of human brother Mubarak Al Nahyan, Minister of Tolerance and Coexistence, and the workshops organized by the program include Al -Zahir School for Educational Partnerships (Boys) in Al Ain, the Falaj Al Mualla Youth Center, the Arab Youth Center in Abu Dhabi, and the Pearl Al -Hikma School in Dubai, as well as a workshop in reference to students at Ibn Sina School In Abu Dhabi, more than 1,200 students participated in it.

The Director General of the Ministry of Tolerance and Coexistence, Afra Al -Sabri, confirmed that the training workshops presented a simplified image about the concept of tolerance and human brotherhood for new generations, from the sons and daughters of the Emirates, students of public and private schools.

She said that the ministry was keen to provide workshops in both Arabic and English, with the aim of enhancing children’s understanding of the principles of peaceful coexistence, and highlighting the importance of their application in their daily lives, and said that the program is a training and interactive experience directed to children, and includes workshops that simulate life situations that reflect the values ​​of tolerance and diversity, and help children to develop Such as sympathy, dialogue, and teamwork, and Al -Sabri indicated that the Ministry provides two types of “small knight” workshops, the first relates to providing the concept of tolerance for children through interesting stories that focus on the “six keys to the tolerant personality”, which include sympathy, acquaintance, dialogue, resolution of conflicts, flexibility and teamwork, What helps children to apply these values ​​in their daily lives, while the second type deals with the explanation of the human brother’s document, by reviewing the values ​​of acquaintance, dialogue and joint action, to build a more peaceful and coexist world.
