The Board of Directors of Al -Baha Investment and Development Company decided to appoint Muhammad Al -Hammadi, as Chairman of the Board of Directors, and Ibrahim bin Kulaib, Vice Chairman and CEO.
According to the company’s statement on the circulation of Saudi Arabia, the Council decided to form the committees emanating from the Board of Directors: the review committee, the nominations and rewards committee, and the appointment of the Secretary of the Board of Directors.
The Council decided to appoint the company’s representatives to the Capital Market Authority and the Saudi Capital Market Company (trading) for all purposes related to the application of the financial market system and its executive regulations.
Al -Baha Company for Investment and Development on the decision of the Board of Directors to form the review committee for the current board of directors, which started on February 10, 2025 AD for a period of four years and ends on February 09, 2029.
The formation of the review committee included: Adel Al -Osaimi, and Dr. Abdulaziz Al -Hammadi and Turki Al -Rusais.
