“Tihama” announces not being able to publish the financial results for the third quarter

Tihama Company for Advertising, Public Relations and Marketing announced that it is not able to publish the initial financial results for the third quarter of the financial period ending at 31-12-2024 AD at the time specified, due to the failure of the external references to finish his work.
The company said in a statement to Saudi Arabia’s circulation: Given the end of the regular deadline for the deployment of financial statements, regular procedures will be applied according to the sub -paragraph (1) of paragraph (c) of Article 36 of the inclusion rules.
She noted the declaration of developments not being able to publish the financial results on a monthly basis, while committing to the announcement without delaying the presence of any fundamental developments.
She expected to publish the initial financial statements for the financial period ending 12/31/2024 before 03/12/2025.
She said that the date of suspension of listed securities trading 1446-08-13 corresponding to 2025-02-12.
