“Ladon” signs a 25-year land investment contract worth 173.9 million riyals

Today, Laden Investment Company signed a land investment contract in the northern Al-Maathar neighborhood on Makkah Al-Mukarramah Road in the city of Riyadh with the General Authority for State Real Estate for a period of 25 years.

The company said in a statement on its website "Saudi Arabia trading"She added that the value of the contract is estimated at 173.9 million riyals, while granting the investor the right to benefit for 25 years. She expected that the financial impact would be reflected starting in 2028 AD and until the end of the contract.
