Gebsco’s losses will increase by 142.7% to 30.8 million riyals in 2025.

The losses of the National Gypsum Company worsened "Gypsco" In 2025, by 142.7% to 30.8 million riyals, compared to losses of 12.69 million riyals in 2024.

According to the company’s statement on the website "Saudi Arabia trading"The reason for the worsening losses is due to:

1- A decrease in the net value and quantity of gypsum sales.

2- An increase in the costs of production inputs and general and administrative expenses.

3- The company – in accordance with the requirements of International Accounting Standard No. (36) – conducted an evaluation of machinery, equipment and spare parts, which led to proving an impairment in the value of this item in the amount of 22.54 million riyals in the statement of profits and losses for the current year.
