Dubai Municipality qualifies 30 of its employees within the “Empowerment of Leadership” program

Dubai Municipality has announced the graduation of 30 leaders of the directors of departments in the first and second batches of the executive diploma, “Enabling the leaders”, one of the programs it implemented in cooperation with the Mohammed bin Rashid College of Government Administration to rehabilitate and develop their leaders and enhance their leadership capabilities and skills and raise their level according to the latest global administrative trends and methods in the field of Driving.
The graduation ceremony, which was organized in the Dubai framework, Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Acting Director General of Dubai Municipality, Abdullah Ali bin Zayed Al Falasi, Chairman of the Board of Trustees of Mohammed bin Rashid College of Government Administration, Director of the Human Resources Department of the Dubai Government, and Dr. Ali bin Sabaa Al -Marri, CEO of Mohammed bin Rashid for government administration, in addition to officials from the executive and administrative leaders on both sides.
Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita said that the development and training of leadership cadres in the Dubai Municipality is a responsibility and priority to enable future leaders and provide them with the leadership skills that enable them to manage government work tasks flexible and according to the latest foundations and practices of management and leadership globally and in a way that supports the national trends of the UAE and we aim from a diploma “empowering leaders” to Rehabilitation and preparation of distinguished leaders in municipal work thinking about a pioneering and innovative approach and have a high sense of responsibility and ability to plan and strategic leadership to develop the work paths of Dubai Municipality and cause a positive impact that makes Dubai a pioneering, more attractive and quality city.
For his part, Ali bin Sabaa Al -Marri expressed his pride in the graduation of the first and second batches of the leadership enabling program in cooperation with the Dubai Municipality in the framework of a strategic partnership that reflects the commitment to develop national competencies, enhance the skills of workforce, prepare future leaders in government agencies, enable them to face various challenges, keep pace with accelerated variables, and take the lead The initiative by enhancing continuous learning and innovation through qualitative training programs that establish a culture of leadership and excellence in line with the UAE’s strategies towards achieving the excellence of government performance.
