The head of state issues a federal decree granting Omar Habtoor Al -Darai, a minister’s degree

His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, issued a federal decree regarding the granting of Dr. Omar Habtoor Al -Darai, Chairman of the General Authority for Islamic Affairs, Endowments and Zakat, “The degree of Minister”.

This decree works from the date of its issuance and is published in the Official Gazette.
