"Yas for culture and arts" She celebrates the 18th anniversary of its founding
Abu Dhabi, February 13 / WAM / Under the patronage and presence of His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Mohammed bin Khaled Al Nahyan, Honorary President of the Yas Association for Culture, Arts and theater, the association organized a celebration in the National Theater in Abu Dhabi, on the occasion of the 18th anniversary of its establishment, and the inauguration of its new position in the national theater, In the presence of His Excellency Asma Muhammad Al -Hammadi, the assistant undersecretary in charge of the creative development sector at the Ministry of Culture.
The celebration included the signing of 4 new partnership agreements for the association, and the honoring of a group of the founders of the association, who are His Excellency Counselor Abdullah Al -Saray, the journalist Abdullah bin Haider, the artist Abdullah Bouchasem, Muslim Al -Kathiri, and the artist Hamid Al -Mahri, in the presence of His Excellency Yasser Al -Qarqawi, Director of the Fund of the Watan, His Excellency Obaid Al -Ketbi and the doctor Habib Ghuloom, and a group of artists and creators.
The celebration presented by the media, Alia Marzouki, also witnessed many diverse paragraphs, including a poem by the creative poet Hussein Al -Amri, and the review of the creative work that the association will participate in the theatrical days of Sharjah.
The media advisor, Abdullah Al -Shehhi, thanked and appreciated His Excellency Sheikh Khalifa bin Mohammed bin Khalid Al Nahyan, the honorary president of the association, for his support and care for its development and growth, and the implementation of its creative programs in various fields, its distinction locally and externally, and its victory in more than 60 awards locally and internationally.
He also extended sincere thanks and gratitude to the Ministry of Culture for its concrete and sustainable efforts in caring for creators, providing all requirements for their distinction, creativity, and sponsoring various events throughout the country, indicating that the association is continuing in its development plans and programs, discovering and sponsoring creators, and reflecting the distinctive image of the Emirati conscience Through theatrical and cultural works that embody Emirati culture and identity. The President of the Yas Association for Culture and Arts praised the sincere efforts from the influencers of communication, and the partners in interacting with all the activities and activities of the association, and spreading a culture of creativity and creators in society, indicating that the association has arisen the concerns of culture and creative visions since its inception 18 years ago, and during its development stages of Bani Yas Theater, then Yas Theater and finally the Yas Association for Culture, Arts and theater.
