Under the patronage of Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed, the government empowerment circle launches the first session of "Abu Dhabi Award for Experience Dealers Experienced without effort"

Abu Dhabi, February 14/ WAM/ Under the patronage of His Highness Sheikh Khalid bin Mohammed bin Zayed Al Nahyan, Crown Prince of Abu Dhabi, Chairman of the Executive Council of the Emirate of Abu Dhabi, the Department of Governmental Empowerment – Abu Dhabi launched the Abu Dhabi Award for the experience of customers without effort in its first session.
The award reflects the ambitious vision set by “Abu Dhabi’s strategy for the experience of customers without effort”, and with Abu Dhabi continuing its career towards providing facilitated, pre -emptive and innovative services, the award celebrates government agencies and companies that have succeeded in providing quality innovations that improved the experience of customers without effort, and achieved excellence in the field of services for customers .
The award is consistent with the vision and mission of the government empowerment – Abu Dhabi, in stimulating innovation and empowering government agencies to enhance their efforts in developing the level of services, and is based on the success of the “Abu Dhabi Program for Experience Experienced Experiences”, which contributed to facilitating the completion of procedures on dealers, and reducing the number of visits of centers Services by about 400 thousand visits, reducing the volume of customers’ requests by 64%, and reducing the number of services steps by 23%, in addition to reducing the number of boxes in requests for completion of services by 36%, which was reflected in achieving distinguished levels of customer satisfaction in accordance with international standards.
The first session of the award will be held on February 19, 2025, in celebration of innovative solutions and the restoration services, and has caused a tangible positive impact on the lives of individuals, visitors and companies.
The event aims to honor the exceptional achievements that contributed to facilitating the experience of customers, by reducing the effort made, enhancing their level of satisfaction, and enabling them to complete their daily transactions easily and conveniently, without the need to visit the concerned authorities or direct contact with them.
More than 500 decision makers, innovators and dealers experience pioneers will participate in the ceremony to honor the winning authorities and companies and celebrate their efforts to redesign the standards of excellence and upgrade the level of government services. In addition, the achievements of 35 government agencies and a company that provided facilitated pre -emptive services will be highlighted, which contributed to enhancing the smoothness and efficiency of the experience by linking them to the needs of society in a way that is in line with modern developments.
The “Abu Dhabi Prize for Experience Customers Without Earent” includes three main categories: “Best Service”, “The Best Life Experience”, and “Stars of Experience Experienced Experienced”, in addition to three categories of special honors, namely: “Continuous improvement”, And “design for all” and “innovation”; In order to honor government agencies and companies whose efforts have caused a qualitative shift in the experience of customers, by providing distinguished and smooth services and innovative solutions that enhance the ease and efficiency of the procedures.
His Excellency Ahmed Tamim Al -Kitab, Head of the Government Empowerment Department – Abu Dhabi, said on this occasion, “The Abu Dhabi Award for Experienced Experienced Experiences” comes to celebrate innovation in providing government services, and encouraging entities in the public sector to compete in providing customer experience that enhances the quality of society’s life and supports The prosperity of companies’ business, especially since the award continues to achieve Abu Dhabi’s vision and its commitment to providing government services in a proactive manner and without effort, which enhances the global leading emirate’s position in the field of providing government services and innovation.
For his part, His Excellency Saeed Al -Mulla, Executive Director of the Customer Experience Sector in the Government Empowerment Department, said that the award reflects Abu Dhabi’s commitment to upgrading the criteria for the experience of customers, by encouraging government agencies and companies to adopt the continuous development approach and innovation in providing services.
He added that honoring cooperative initiatives enhances the efficiency of government services, which contributes to providing a more smooth and easy experience that meets the aspirations of all groups of society.
This initiative supports Abu Dhabi’s march in providing distinguished experiences for customers, and highlights the emirate’s commitment to improving its government services system, as the award works to enhance the provision of services and support customer experiences without effort, in order to improve the quality of life and empower and support customers and companies in the emirate.
