المملكة: Environmental challenges affect global security and stability
The Minister of State for Foreign Affairs, a member of the Council of Ministers and Climate Affairs Envoy Adel bin Ahmed Al -Jubeir, participated in the German city of Munich, in a dialogue session entitled: Dialogue on Nature and Security, which was held in cooperation between the World Bank and the World Economic Forum, on the sidelines of the Munich Security Conference 2025 AD.
Al -Jubeir reviewed the efforts and initiatives of the Kingdom to preserve the environment and reduce land deterioration, the effects of climate change and its holistic approach in this regard through the implementation of local, regional and international initiatives and its endeavor to enhance international cooperation in these areas, stressing the importance of accelerating teamwork in this context.

He explained that environmental challenges and the effects of climate change are global and interconnected and affect all aspects of life, including security and global stability.
