"Trends" Participates in the 2025 International Defense Conference through strategic sessions and a cognitive wing

Abu Dhabi, February 16/ WAM/ The Trends Center for Research and Consulting participated in the work of the 2025 International Defense Conference accompanying the “IDEX” and “Navx” exhibitions as a cognitive partner.

The center contributed and managed through its office in the United States of America a number of strategic sessions that discussed in the UAE Palace Defense and World Security, with the participation of officials, experts, defense and security companies from all over the world, discussing the most prominent challenges and opportunities in this strategic sector.
The “Trends” office in Washington, represented by Chancellor Bilal Saab, director of the office, managed the first session of the conference, under the title “Global Disorders and Defense Prepare: Reducing the Threats to Biosypes.”
The session dealt with the challenges facing defense supply chains due to geopolitical and economic crises, and the importance of innovation and international cooperation to ensure strategic supply security.

A group of speakers, the representative of the General “retired”, Khulusi Akar, Chairman of the National Defense Committee in the Turkish Parliament, former Turkish National Defense and Farouk Al -Zeer, head of the logistics sector in the Abu Dhabi Ports Group, and Tim Kahil, head of missiles and revolutionary control systems at Lockheed Martin Company , Professor Manmohan S Soudi, Professor of Operations Management and Supply chains at Bayes College of Business.
Bilal Saab stressed during the session that defensive readiness requires enhancing innovation and integration between governments and the private sector to ensure the flexibility and sustainability of vital supply chains, stressing the importance of international cooperation to adapt to the new challenges.
The “Trends” office in Washington also contributed to speaking the work of the second session titled “Disadmcement and Impact: Arming Information in Modern Conflicts.”
The first counselor at the Trendz office in Washington, the “retired” team, Kevin Donghan, commander of the Central Command of the US Navy, and former commander of the Fifth American Fleet alongside a number of experts and officials who touched on the complex and sophisticated scene of the information war, shed light on How to exploit governmental and non -governmental bodies of misleading information, tampering with narratives, messages addressed to achieve strategic goals without launching a single bullet, mechanisms for facing media misinformation campaigns, and the role of technology in tracking the sources of misleading information and its impact on political and military decisions.

The “Trends” office in Washington also participated in the management of the third session, which came under the title “Heaven is no longer the limit: threats and opportunities arising in space”, and a group of experts reviewed the latest developments in space technologies and its impact on global security and defense.
The session was conducted by Natasha Ahmed, a member of the Board of Directors of the Space Forces Association and the first advisor at the “Trends” office in Washington.

Discussions dealt with the development of satellite awareness and missile defense techniques, the enhancement of safe satellite communications, and the threats arising from anti -space capabilities and their impact on military and commercial use of satellite infrastructure.
The participation of “Trends” in the conference came through his office in Washington as part of his research vision as a cognitive partner to enhance dialogue and provide accurate analyzes and forward -looking visions.
