A general assembly of “Chemicals” agrees to elect 8 members of the Board of Directors

Namaa Chemical Company announced the results of the regular general assembly meeting (the first meeting), after the completion of the quorum.
The company said in a statement on Saudi Arabia’s circulation: The results of the voting on the association’s agenda included:
1. Approval of the decision of the Board of Directors to appoint (Ali bin Muhammad Al-Hudaif) as an independent member of the Board – Independent member).
2. Approving the decision of the Board of Directors to appoint (Eng. Abdulaziz bin Abdul Rahman Al-Ammar) as an independent member of the Board Hamad Al -Jadayi – independent member).
3. Approval of the election of the Board of Directors from among the candidates for the next session, which starts from 02/17/2025 and its duration is 4 AD, as it ends on 02/16/2029 AD.
The elected members are: Hussein Al -Dossary, Ziad Al -Rubaish, Abdulaziz Al -Ammar, Basil Al -Suhaibani, Abdullah Al -Kanhal, Faisal Al -Fadhli, Abdullah Al -Salem, Ali Al -Hudhaif.
