The Real Estate Registry begins registering 14.7 thousand real estate plots in Makkah Al-Mukarramah
Today, the Land Registry announced the start of receiving applications for The first in-kind registration for (14,750) real estate plots in the Makkah Al-Mukarramah region.
The registration includes neighborhoods in The Real Estate Registry stipulates that property owners located within these neighborhoods must register their properties before the end of Thursday, July 2, 2026 AD.
He called on real estate owners to register their properties through the Real Estate Registry platform, or the Real Estate Registry application, and to contact the customer service center (199002) to inquire about registration procedures and steps.
Real estate owners must register their properties within the specified period to benefit from the Real Estate Registry services and carry out real estate transactions easily, and to avoid penalties and fines. specified by the real estate registration system.
The Real Estate Registry confirmed that it is continuing its work in registering real estate in the areas that benefit from the Real Estate Registry.
This comes within the efforts of the Real Estate Registry to increase reliability and transparency in the sector by building a comprehensive real estate registry for real estate information in the Kingdom, to be a unified reference for all real estate data.
The Real Estate Registry will be issued "Property number" And an ownership registration instrument for each real estate unit that is registered.
The new ownership registration instrument includes the precise geographical location of the property, its owner’s data, descriptions, condition, rights and obligations, and all real estate transactions that occur on it, to be a basis for documenting ownership and the resulting real estate rights.
This contributes to the sustainability and strengthening of the real estate sector and its main capabilities. Real estate areas are determined according to several criteria, based on the role of the General Real Estate Authority as the authority responsible for real estate registration in accordance with the decision of the Council of Ministers and the provisions of the real estate registration system.
