The Arab Centers Company (Sinomi Centre) received the cash check for the sale of the Sahara Plaza Center from Jupiter, at a value of 200 million riyals.
The company announced the circulation of Saudi Arabia on February 4, the sale of the Sahara Plaza Center located in the King Fahd neighborhood in Riyadh, for the Investment Company for Securities and Mediation (Mediation Capital).
The company said: The deal was carried out within the framework of the company’s strategy to implement its non -basic assets program, which aims to restructure the investment portfolio and focus on investments that are in line with the company’s strategic direction.
She noted the employment of the amounts collected from this deal to enhance liquidity and support the financial position of the company, which contributes to improving financial performance and enhancing expansion and future growth plans.
