The integrated Dubai Housing Center contributes to facilitating the journey of citizens to obtain their housing

Engineer Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita, Director General of the Land and Property Department in Dubai, and the Acting Director General of Dubai Municipality, visited the Dubai Housing Center in Nad Al -Sheba, where he was briefed on the comprehensive housing services package provided by the center to citizens. During the tour, Bin Ghalita reviewed 54 diverse residential services provided by the center in cooperation with major government agencies, including the Land and Property Department, the Dubai Municipality, and the Roads and Communications Authority, as well as private sector partners such as Emirates Islamic Bank and Shuba Real Estate Company.
In this context, Eng. Marwan Ahmed bin Ghalita said: “We are proud of the existence of an integrated center that provides qualitative housing services that contribute to facilitating the journey of citizens to obtain their housing. This initiative reflects the commitment of the Dubai government to provide a sustainable and integrated residential environment that enhances the quality of the lives of citizens, and provides them with analgesic to ensure They have a decent life. “
For his part, Omar Hamad Bushehab, Executive Director of the Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation, stressed the importance of joint cooperation between the Foundation and the Department of Land and Property and Dubai Municipality. He said: “This visit reflects the depth of the strategic partnership between our governmental institutions, as we work together to ensure the best integrated housing solutions to citizens, in a way that enhances their stability and comfort. We are proud of the center, which represents an important landmark in our march towards achieving sustainability and innovation in housing services.”
The integrated Dubai Housing Center contributes to providing an integrated housing experience that includes support and consulting to reach the best housing options that meet the aspirations of citizens. The center also provides specialized consultations in the design of the future housing, including choosing interior design, colors, and calculating the estimated cost of the housing according to the family size and budget .
The center includes the construction exhibition offered by the Shuba Real Estate Company, through which the housing elements and designs are highlighted for citizens who are on the construction. The center provides a unified platform that covers all the needs of citizens from housing, construction and land services, with the adoption of innovative solutions and proactive services to facilitate the completion of transactions.
The center was designed according to the latest international practices in the field of happiness, as it was provided with advanced smart technologies that allow citizens to complete their transactions easily and without the need for human intervention. The center depends on smart platforms that allow customers to manage their transactions in a subjective and smooth manner, which contributes to accelerating procedures and achieving the highest levels of efficiency.
The integrated Dubai Housing Center is a model for strategic partnerships between government agencies, as it includes four major institutions that provide an integrated set of housing services to citizens. The Mohammed bin Rashid Housing Foundation provides nine major services that include granting residential lands, exchange lands, loans and housing building grants, and the service of unified models housing, which contributes to meeting various housing needs. As for the Dubai Municipality, it provides ten services related to the selection and allocation of lands, the issuance of maps, and the license of the annexes, to facilitate planning and building procedures. For its part, the Land and Property Department provides 24 services that include amending ownership and real estate registration, with the aim of supporting citizens in owning their homes easily. The Roads and Communications Authority also provides 11 services, including issuing parking permits to citizens, which enhances the quality of the services provided and contributes to providing an integrated residential experience.
This project comes as part of the “Dubai Social Agency 33” announced by His Highness Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum, Vice President and Prime Minister of the UAE and Ruler of Dubai, may God bless him, which allocated 14.5 billion dirhams until 2033 to support citizens’ housing in the emirate, through the development of Integrated residential complexes that contribute to building the future neighborhoods of Dubai.
This initiative reflects the keenness of government agencies in Dubai to enhance institutional integration and develop the housing system in line with the goals of the agenda, to ensure the provision of land and housing loan to every new Emirati family within a year of submitting the application.
