The model aims to provide a clear and comprehensive vision about the performance of teachers through a group of basic elements that reflect the level of teacher efficiency in the professional and educational aspects, within the framework of the Ministry’s continuous efforts to enhance the quality of education and achieve sustainable professional development for teachers.

The Ministry of Education revealed that the model includes 8 main elements that guarantee an accurate assessment of teachers’ performance and contribute to achieving the desired educational quality.
She explained that these elements include diversification in teaching strategies, improving learners ’results, preparing and implementing the learning plan, employing appropriate technologies and learning means, creating a stimulating educational environment, classroom management, analyzing the results of learners and improving their level.
This is in addition to the diversity of evaluation methods and tools, where each of these elements represents a major criterion that contributes to developing the capabilities of teachers and achieving the desired educational and educational goals.
Diversification in teaching strategies
The Ministry indicated that the evaluation elements include diversification in teaching strategies, noting that this element is one of the most prominent elements of the evaluation, as the extent of the teacher is measured to use various methods and teaching methods that enhance the learning process and contribute to achieving educational goals.
