“What Saad” .. Emirati -Egyptian comedy on the Emirates channel

The audience of Ramadan drama will be on “Emirates” channelOn a date with the series “Wash Saad”, which is one of the most prominent productions of the “Abu Dhabi Media” network, in the Ramadan dramatic season 2025.

The series “Wash Saad”, which is also shown on “AdTV” appA new and innovative experience, which is the first cooperation between the Emirati and Egyptian drama, in a unique comic mixture, with the participation of Emirati star Ahmed Saleh, the Egyptian star Aiten Amer, and the youth comedy star in Egypt, Mustafa Abu Sari, along with the distinguished Emirati broadcaster Hessa Al Falasi in her first dramatic experience. This work reflects the keenness of the Abu Dhabi Media Network to support Emirati artists and deliver them to the Arab dramatic markets, by encouraging joint productions and exchanging experiences.

The four stars participate in the championship of the series, which consists of 30 episodes, along with a group of the most prominent stars of comedy, including: Salah Abdullah, Abeer Sabry, Emram Samir, Alaa Morsi, Donia Al -Masry, Aida Riyad, Ahmed Siyam and Muhammad Al -Sawy. The series is written by Hossam Moussa and directed by Mohamed Hamdi.

The story of the “series” revolves around an Emirati businessman traveling to Cairo, and he is suffering from a traffic accident while he was traveling with the Uber taxi driver (Aiten Amer). The latter, out of fear, decided to take him for treatment in her home instead of the hospital, and there begins a series of social and comic situations, which reflect the nature of Egyptian society, especially with the “taxi driver” family, led by Mustafa Abu Sari.

The appearance of Emirati star Ahmed Saleh comes in the Egyptian drama, after his great success in the Gulf drama and cinematic scene, as the series “Al -Bashir” – which he starred, and directed by Rakan – achieved remarkable success among the audience, and won the “Best Gulf Series” award in the World Cup Cairo to honor distinguished works.

The series “Al -Bashara”, which is one of the targeted comic works, carried a message that money should not differentiate the brothers, or cut the wombs. In the series, after distributing the estate that they inherited from their father, each of the brothers begins to think about his life and projects in isolation from the other, which leads to the weakness of the affection between them because they are busy with money, but the events reveal to them that the love of the parents is not bought with money, and is indispensable.

Saleh had known fame through the series “Duha”, alongside the late Egyptian star Hassan Hosni, in the films: “Duhi in Abu Dhabi”, and “Duha in Thailand”.
