Emirati innovation wins five medals at the 15th International Exhibition of Inventions in the Middle East

Dubai, February 20 / WAM / The Emirati delegation participating in the fifteenth international exhibition for inventions in the Middle East, which was concluded yesterday in the State of Kuwait with five gold, silver, and three bronze medals, in addition to a prominent special prize “amid strong competition between 180 inventors from 42 A country, they offered 230 innovations during the exhibition.
The Emirates Scientific Club delegation participated in the exhibition included nine innovators, where Sultan Al -Zarouni and Abdul Rahman Al -Hashemi won the gold medal for creating an advanced hybrid system to combat fires that mix foam and water, while Zahraa Al -Issa and Kindergarten Al -Mansouri achieved the silver medal for their innovative studies that depend on artificial intelligence to monitor cells White blood in a non -surgical way in the stages of chemotherapy.
As for the bronze medals, it was crowned by Hamdan Muhammad Rahma and Hamad Al -Abadi to develop vertical wind turbines integrated with solar panels for highways, and Aoucha Al -Mutawa thanks to the innovation of smart gloves to monitor the health of dry ponds using the Internet of Things, in addition to Safia Al Mazroui and Amna Al Suwaidi who achieved a special prize from The Moroccan University of Mohamed VI for a smart monitoring system for the incubators Supported by Internet of Things.
Bilal Al -Badour, head of the Culture and Science Symposium, praised this achievement, stressing the Emirati excellence in innovation, while Dr. Issa Al -Bastaki, the club president, stressed that this victory enhances the UAE’s position in innovation and supports investment in young minds.
It is noteworthy that the exhibition is the second largest event for inventions globally after the Geneva Exhibition, and attracts the support of prominent international and regional organizations, which reflects the increasing importance of innovation in the region.
