One billion riyals in the accounts of “residential” beneficiaries for the month of February

Today, the Real Estate Development Fund deposited one billion and 16 million riyals, in the accounts of the beneficiaries of the “Sakani” program from the Ministry of Municipalities and Housing and the Real Estate Fund for the month of February 2025.
The CEO of the Fund Mansour bin Madi said that the total support of February was devoted to supporting the profits of various housing support programs.

Residential support

He explained that the deposit of housing support comes with the aim of supporting and improving the ability of beneficiaries to own housing in order to achieve the housing program targets, one of the Kingdom’s Vision 2030 programs.
Bin Madi added that the real estate fund is constantly developing financing solutions in partnership with the financing agencies that reinforce the opportunities for ownership and contribute to facilitating the beneficiaries’ journey according to various financing and residential options to own appropriate housing.

It is noteworthy that the Real Estate Development Fund provides housing support programs services through more than 43 digital services through the fund’s electronic portal.
The Fund provides the real estate consultant service to enable beneficiaries to design their residential support and obtain the best financing and residential recommendations.
