"Sharjah libraries" Enhanced writing skills for adolescents
Sharjah on February 24 / WAM / “Sharjah libraries” will organize from 3 to 6 of next March and in conjunction with the “National Reading Month” in the UAE, a competition in writing the mini CV under the title: “I as I see myself.”
The event designated for young adults from 12-18 years aims to enhance their biography skills and motivate them to express themselves in a creative manner that reflects their personalities and their vision of the world around them. The competition includes cash prizes for the first three winners to motivate them to continue on the writing journey.
Iman Bushleibi, Director of Sharjah Libraries Administration, confirmed that the competition and workshops accompanying them come within the framework of the Sharjah libraries that children and juniors have unlimited creative energy that needs a stimulating environment and training tools that refine them and direct them towards paths that enhance their awareness of their own and their ability to express their ideas.
Sharjah General Libraries of the participants in the “I as I see myself” competition provide the opportunity to join a specialized training workshop entitled “The Basics of CV writing” as it is supervised by a group of distinguished experts and writers who provide in -depth visions about writing techniques that help young people to develop their narrative methods and refine their skills In creative writing.
